You guys used to be good at this stuff. ![]() Sometimes I've clicked the little icon in a form field and I'll get a pop up window on a totally different screen (different monitor), but the pop up is always half way off the screen and cannot be relocated. Clicking on an option to fill a form from the extension often does nothing. You are just in the LastPass app now, and you have to navigate back to Safari and try to use the extension symbol (see item 1).ģ. No option to select a fill, no popping back to the safari window. If it does anything at all, it just jumps to the LastPass MacOs app. Using the little shortcut buttons that appear in the field of a form literally never works now. Click on the three-dot menu button and choose Export Logins > Export. The extension icon, when clicked, is extremely slow to populate, which means you stare at an empty white box for up to 10 seconds every time you click on it.Ģ. For Firefox you can click on the three-line menu button, then click Logins and Passwords. The LastPass extension for Safari has been an absolute mess since I upgraded to Big Sur.ġ. The web extension of Lastpass however still works fine for Firefox. If you're still having issues, Last Pass support forum recommends uninstalling the app, the safari extension, emptying trash and rebooting your mac and then reinstalling from their direct download site. Clicking the Open Vault link on the Safari extension brings up the non-responsive MacOS App. Last Pass Help recommends installing version 4.6 for macOS Big Sur from their direct download site instead of the app store version. The only way I can get it to stop running is using Force Quit via Activity Monitor. I am able to successfully install, sign in, and run the LastPass Safari extension, but I cant fill in any fields. Clicking the red x to shut down the app doesn't work. LastPass not autofilling on Safari Big Sur Mac Hi, I recently downloaded LastPass from the LastPass website (because I read online that the version offered on the App Store is out of date). Just after downloading the latest update, the MacOS version of the LastPass app doesn't respond anymore. I'm a Mac user with LastPass Premium account.
